Non-Defective Returns
All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA#) on the outside or inside of the box. Returns to be authorized must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 10 days of the receipt of the order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, and in good condition allowing it to be resold. Merchandise returned in proper condition will receive a full credit minus all shipping charges/processing fees (unless other prior arrangements have been made with Swing for Swing Set.) Merchandise not returned in proper condition will be subject to a restocking fee. Swing for Swing Set reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for merchandise that is returned in poor condition, defined as not meeting the criteria outlined above. All product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled, and without cancelation acknowledgement from Swing for Swing Set prior to shipping, will incur shipping and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above. Returns will not be allowed if issued by truck line, unless buyer pays freight both ways.
Defective Returns
Warranty service from the manufacturer's field warranty service centers is how these defective products will be handled or repaired. All orders must be inspected at the time of delivery and damaged items must be refused at the time of delivery. If customer accepts delivery and later find damage, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company.
Truck Shipping
Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. Swing for Swing Set is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or damage to shipped items should be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48 hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. Swing for Swing Set will assist you in any way possible if help is needed.
